ANCHOR POINT INDIVIDUAL UNITS
Each purchaser of a condominium unit will own in fee simple a living unit and an undivided interest in the common elements. Additionally, ownership of a unit shall entitle the owner to the exclusive use and enjoyment of any portion of the common elements designated as limited common elements and reserved for the exclusive use of that particular unit, such as patios and balconies.
